California Breeze has been providing quality softball in the Sacramento area since our founding in 1985. Our mission is;

• To promote Junior Olympic.softball within the Pacific Coast Region 14 of the Amateur Softball Association for all persons regardless of race, color, creed, religion, national origin or ancestry.
• To promote all phases of girl’s fast-pitch softball. To establish standard rules and regulations that can be observed by all members.
• To conduct well-organized fast-pitch tournaments and clinics.
• To be represented by teams in local, region, area and national tournaments.
• To promote, organize and conduct clinics and seminars in the proper skills of softball play and rules of the game.

California Breeze Softball Organization is an affiliate of ASA/USA Softball, the National Governing Body of Softball in the United States. California Breeze Softball Organization is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. We are staffed by volunteers dedicated to the advancement of softball at all levels of play. Our 13U, 14U, 16U, teams are coached my Non-Parents and provide some of the best coaching in California. Our funds go to the administration of activities and other related events that benefit our team membership. California Breeze Softball Organization is responsible for all financial obligations in the operation of the program. This organization is self-supporting and does not receive any sponsorship funds from National ASA/USA Softball.

Organizations Founder/Management

Don Mashburn has served as California Breeze General Manager since 1985.

Jeff Alexander has served as California Breeze Business Manager since 2002.

The California Breeze Organization has sent more teams to A.S.A. Nationals than any other organization in California.
